My FedEx account seems to think that's not a problem. Though with this sort of international shipment, "overnight" always means: overnight to the country, however long it takes to get through customs (usually from 1 hour to 2 weeks depending on the lootz involved), overnight to the destination after that.
Never bet on less than three days. Give yourself ten if at all possible.
By lootz you mean the package, right? It's only documents, which should make it less hassle at customs. But your advice has prompted me to suggest that the government strings should be pulled, to the extent that they exist.
(I'm being obscure and mysterious because the truth is utterly prosaic. Although vaguely mentioning the microgravity detector also in transit makes it sound cool.)
