I'm looking for a motor meeting the following specifications. If anyone can help, let me know.

Diameter: 10^-8 meters.
Speed: 6000 rpm
Mass: 10^-15 grams
Power per unit mass: 5 hp/kg
Power source: Proton current
Cylinders: 8
Gears: At least one forward and one reverse gear.

um...

Would you consider something in a Wankel or turbine instead of the V8? I think that's likely to me more available in the size your looking at.

Actually I'm thinking of a fairly unusual design. While it's eight cylinders, I'm don't think an Otto four stroke cycle thingamabob will do the trick.

I'm thinking one crankshaft running the length of the vehicle, with a propeller in front. The crankshaft would be driven by eight ratchets powered by proton currents.

I'm not sure a Wankel or other rotary engine would work. I think the gyroscopic effect would decrease maneuverability too much.

Did the engine fall out of your car or are you building a killer robot in your basement?

He's asking for an engine with 5*10^-18 HP; it's presumably not for his car. :)

While my car is very light, probably half the weight of yours, [livejournal.com profile] treptoplax is right, this would be inadequate for my car.

Killer robots are another matter, but we don't have a basement, so, no, I'm not building killer robots in my basement.
